Returns & Exchange Policy

At House of Thanvya, we carefully inspect every saree before dispatch to ensure you receive a beautiful product in perfect condition.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered, as each saree is carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number along with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Once your request is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability) or provide a suitable replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The saree has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is returned without original tags or packaging.
  • The issue is due to slight variations in color caused by different screen settings or lighting during photography.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only if we are unable to replace the product due to stock unavailability or in other exceptional cases approved by our team.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
